Meditation

How much time in a given day do you feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or conflicted? Practicing meditation can bring calm into our lives in a multitude of ways. Meditation can be as simple as just conscious breathing. It can be as short as one minute or as long you want it to be. There is no right or wrong way to meditate.

 

My instruction focuses on meditation for a modern lifestyle. Because you are unique, and there is no single right way to meditate, my classes offer exposure to a variety of techniques. You get to choose which modality fits your life.

 

Classes are taught in a simple format in which anyone can participate, regardless of level of experience or commitment. This includes:

children, teens, students, adults, families, athletes and teams.
